New Students and Employees

Enter the required information on this form to retrieve your new account username and network password.

This password is only valid for one login and must be changed upon that login. Once you have retrieved your password, please visit Password Self-Service to change your password. After you have changed your password, you will be able to login into campus computers, myUCA, and other systems that require a UCA username and password.

Former Students and Employees

All users with deactivated accounts (former students and employees) must use their network PIN to access Self-Service. Use this service to retrieve your PIN, and use it to login to Self-Service.

• If you are a former student, contact the Office of the Registrar (501-450-5200).
• If you are a new/current UCA employee, contact the Office of Human Resources (501-450-3181).
