When non-UCA users need access to campus computers for special events, use this form to request guest lab/classroom accounts for these users.
- For security purposes, only lab managers and authorized users may request guest lab/classroom accounts to be created.
- Accounts can be used for the requested computer lab or classroom computers.
- Accounts will be active for up to three months. This gives the requesting lab manager time to test the accounts and cover multiple-day events.
- The requesting lab manager is responsible for logging each user/workstation that is used.
