Make sure you’re connected to UCAWIRELESS and can access
wifi.campus.uca.edu
.
If you are not authenticated, you will be redirected to the device registration page.
Try disabling and re-enabling wireless on your device.
Make sure your device is obtaining a valid IP address.
Your IP address should be in the format
161.31.x.x
.
Disable MAC Randomization:
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Open the Settings app, then tap Wi-Fi.
Tap the information button
next to a network.
Tap to turn Private Address on or off. If your device joined the network without using a private address, a privacy warning explains why.
Turn Wi-Fi off and back on
Android 10/11 for most devices
Step 1:
Go to the Settings app on your Android device.
Step 2:
Tap on
Network & Internet or Connections
>
Wi-Fi
Step 3:
Tap the gear icon next to the Wi-Fi name of the Linksys router or node your device is connected to.
Step 4:
Tap on
MAC address type
.
Step 5:
Select
Use device MAC
.
Step 6:
Turn OFF your device's Wi-Fi and then ON again.
