Having Problems Connecting?

- Make sure you’re connected to UCAWIRELESS and can access wifi.campus.uca.edu. If you are not authenticated, you will be redirected to the device registration page.
- Try disabling and re-enabling wireless on your device.
- Make sure your device is obtaining a valid IP address. Your IP address should be in the format 161.31.x.x.
- Disable MAC Randomization:
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Open the Settings app, then tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap the information button
next to a network.
- Tap to turn Private Address on or off. If your device joined the network without using a private address, a privacy warning explains why.
- Turn Wi-Fi off and back on
Step 1:
Go to the Settings app on your Android device.
Step 2:
Tap on Network & Internet or Connections > Wi-Fi
Step 3:
Tap the gear icon next to the Wi-Fi name of the Linksys router or node your device is connected to.
Step 4:
Tap on MAC address type.
Step 5:
Select Use device MAC.
Step 6:
Turn OFF your device's Wi-Fi and then ON again.
