You may use this form to request crosslisting/merge of multiple sections, date changes, and additional users. All courses have a Blackboard shell by default.
To use this form:
- Select whether or not the request is for yourself. If it is for someone else, enter the username, full name, and UCA ID number for the faculty member.
- Select the term from the drop-down list.
From there, you can crosslist sections, add additional users, or change the start/end dates for a course. Only one term can be selected per request. Please submit separate requests for additional terms.
