Blackboard Course Change Request

You may use this form to request crosslisting/merge of multiple sections, date changes, and additional users. All courses have a Blackboard shell by default.

To use this form:

  1. Select whether or not the request is for yourself. If it is for someone else, enter the username, full name, and UCA ID number for the faculty member.
  2. Select the term from the drop-down list.

From there, you can crosslist sections, add additional users, or change the start/end dates for a course. Only one term can be selected per request. Please submit separate requests for additional terms.
