For student organizations, we ask that they have their organization’s faculty/staff advisor email the request ahead of time. Students may pick up or use equipment as long as a faculty/staff member requests it and agrees to be ultimately responsible for care and return of the equipment. Equipment available for loan include:
- Projectors and screens
- Powered speakers and microphones
- Camcorders and tripods
- Televisions (flat panels 28 – 42″)
- Media players (CD, DVD, Blu-ray)
- Digital audio recorders
