How to improve the quality of your internet connection.
- A cellular connection is not recommended. If using a wi-fi connection, move as close to the router or access point as possible.
- A full restart of your computer may be needed. After the restart, shut down all other programs before starting the exam.
- A restart of your modem/router may be needed.
- Try using a different Wi-Fi network to connect to the internet.
