1. Hold down the Shift key and Right click the application
2. Select 'Run as administrator' from the menu
3. A ‘User Account Control’ window will open, click on ‘More Choices’ near the bottom of the window to expand additional options
4. Find and click on ‘Recast Privilege Manager’
5. Select ‘Run with Domain Account’ and enter a descriptive reason for elevation (this is required), then enter your account password
6. After you have given a reason and typed your password, press Enter or click Yes button and the application should open with admin privileges
