To navigate into more specific view, simply click on one of the rows in the tables in Main Content.

Beneath each table, you can control the navigation of it.

You can increase the number of rows in each table, to view more analytics and insights in one place:

 

 

Looking at the Bigger Picture

To navigate back, simply click on one of the bread crumbs on the Navigation Bar.

For example:

 

The above navigation bar show Video View of a video called "Climate Change 101" in a course called "Annoto". Clicking on the course name will take you back to the Course View.

 

Working with Time Range

The dashboard has 2 modes for showing the information in the Main Content. Each mode provides different features and content.

 

All Time Overview
 

When the graph icon in the Controls Bar is “off” (grey - ), the dashboard is in all-time overview mode and will reflect the entire activity since "the beginning of time".

Some features work only in the all-time overview mode, such as Manage the Discussion in the Video View.

 

Specific Time Range
 

‌When the graph icon is “on” (red - ), the dashboard is in specific time range mode and will provide analytics for the selected time period. Time period can be set by clicking on the date range. Clicking the date range will open a calendar in which you can choose your preferred dates:

 

Before selecting the time period, specific time range mode must be activated by clicking on the graph icon. When "All-time Overview" is shown, the calendar date range selector is disabled.
