Symptom: When starting LockDown Browser, a message indicates that more than one e-learning system is used at your institution and requests that you select one.
Solution: If you are presented with a list of server names when you start LockDown Browser, make sure you select the correct server (ask your instructor or local support if you are not sure).
You may also want to make sure the correct version of Respondus LockDown Browser for your institution was installed.
