"Frowny Face" error when opening the LockDown Browser Dashboard tool

The above "frowny face" error can occur if you have a browser extension interfering with the LockDown Browser Dashboard Tool.  Some ad blocker extensions have been known to do this. If you experience this error, try disabling all extensions temporarily to see if that resolves the problem. If it does, you can then enable them one by one to see which one is causing the issue. In most cases, it will be an ad blocker.
