If you cannot access Brightspace Student Success System, ensure the following conditions have been met:
- You have course-level access to Brightspace Student Success System
- An administrator has added your course to the tool
- Your course has an active status
If you have met all of these conditions, but you still cannot access the tool, contact your Brightspace Student Success System administrator.
