Duo and LDAP-enabled Services (Evisions, AppWorx, etc.)

Body

Push Notifications with Duo:

When accessing an LDAP-enabled service, you will enter your username and password as normal. Upon submitting your credentials (clicking the Submit or Login buttons), Duo will silently send a push notification to your device. You will not see a button in this scenario to “Send me a Push.” Instead, that “Push” happens automatically when you click the Login button.

On your device, you’ll need to approve the notification and then the sign-in will continue.

Token Devices with Duo:

If you use a token device and are accessing an LDAP-enabled service, the process of submitting your username and password to login is different. When entering your username and password into the application login, the password field will need to contain a comma and the token passcode. It will look similar to this:

The application will verify the token passcode included with your password and sign-in will be completed when you click the Submit or Login button.
